Kate trained as a Nail Technician through private courses such as the ones we offer, enabling her to fully understand the needs of students. Having worked as a Nail Technician for several years and now as a salon owner, her passion for the nail industry easily transferred into a teaching role. Studying to support her industry knowledge Kate achieved both AET and NVQ Assessors Qualifications enabling her to execute training courses with a high level of understanding for the education and learning processes. Having previous experience working with an International brand, Kate now offers independent training with an unbiased view of the industry. Now as Director of Nail Education for North Wales Nail and Beauty Training, Kate has further opportunity to pass on this knowledge, experience and love for nails to her students. | Tammy began her career in the beauty industry in 1998, working in a variety of different spas and salons in the area. As an NVQ level 3 qualified beauty therapist Tammy gained vital industry experience before branching out in 2013 to Perfect 10. This hands on practical knowledge and expertise allows her to offer students the benefit of her experience when delivering a wide range of beauty courses. Supporting this knowledge Tammy gained her AET and NVQ Assessors Qualifications to reinforce her experience with nationally recognised qualifications to ensure her teaching abilities are of the highest standard. Now as a Director of Beauty Education for North Wales Nail and Beauty Training, Tammy has further opportunity to pass on this knowledge, experience and love for all things beauty to her students. | Rhiannon has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years, winning prestigious awards during this time. Rhiannon has been based at North Wales Nail and Beauty since 2016 providing makeup training for those wishing to become professional makeup artists, as well as teaching and assessing across a range of our holistic and beauty therapy courses. This work runs simultaneously with her busy schedule of beauty and bridal makeup clients, being industry present and allowing her pass on her knowledge and expertise with her students. Rhiannon is passionate about teaching with over 15 years experience in colleges and work based assessing. Gaining her Certificate in Education and assessors award in 2006. | Starting fresh from college, Lucie gained valuable experience hands on in a salon, working her way up she soon became an experienced and highly sort after Beauty Therapist. Over the past 8 years she has gone from employment to renting space and now more recently salon ownership. Lucie's hands on approach sees her at the front of industry trends, giving her a great wealth of knowledge to pass onto her students. Her teaching journey began in 2018 gaining her AET qualification. Supporting our Beauty education team, Lucie specialises in Brow lamination, Russian & mega Volume Lash courses and Intimate Waxing, her reputation in this treatment speaks for itself. She continues to grow and develop her passion for all things beauty. |
