Have you previously completed a facial therapy accredited qualification and want to upskill to a regulated one?
Whether you've previously trained with us or elsewhere we can upskill your skills to achieve regulated status for your qualification.
This conversion course is perfect if you have existing knowledge but want to gain a better more in depth understanding.
Building on current knowledge and industry experience our Level 2 Facials qualification is the perfect next step to every beauty therapists journey through skincare.
You'll get chance to recap and expand on your knowledge as you are guided through the fundamentals of skincare protocols, in depth theory modules including anatomy & physiology, skin systems, health and hygiene and client consultation, service requirements and more.
Students will gain a deep understanding of the importance of facial skincare, the environment and skills needed to perform a successful treatment and the variations to fit client needs.
We offer this Ofqual regulated qualification through Focus Awards, this is a nationally recognised qualification.
- Course Content Summary
You will be required to provide your accredited facial certificate before completing the following -
- Pre-Learning of Theory Material
- Workbook & Case Study completion
- In Salon Assessment Day

- Client care and communication in beauty- related industries A/601/4458
- Learning Option
Assessment days are delivered at our training academy in Llandudno.
Theory material is delivered online via our training portal with supporting video tutorials demonstrating the practical elements of the course, students will complete a workbook and case studies before attending their in house assessment day.
Coursework & workbook completion is carried out alongside the in-house classes and must be completed to progress through the qualification.
